I went through several movers and had to deal with them handling delicate office equipment and coordinating large-scale warehouse moves, but not everyone was up to the task.
Thankfully, I found several that passed muster, making them my trusted commercial movers in Singapore.

Commercial movers’ fees in Singapore depend on factors like office size, manpower and services (including packing, dismantling, IT relocation, and others).
For small office moves, expect to pay S$500 to S$1,500, while larger relocations or full-service moves can exceed S$5,000.

Having a full-service mover was a relief because I didn’t have to hire separate IT equipment handlers from those tasked to pack, label, and haul stuff. There’s also a Public Liability Insurance coverage of up to S$1 million that gave me peace of mind.
The company’s pricing is competitive, too. For a half-load on a 15-foot lorry, the cost is just S$180, while a full load costs around S$298. I appreciated the free online quotes which helped with my price comparison.
The crew also informed me that they can accommodate last-minute rush moves, though it can’t be guaranteed if there’s a high demand. Still, it’s always good to have this option.

It’s hard not to take note of Shalom International Moves with its nearly 40 years of experience in the moving industry. Add to that its full-service approach to moving, including packing, dismantling, transportation, and reassembly, and I reckon it ticks all commercial moving boxes.
My sister’s workplace got Shalom for relocation, and since she handled inventory, she was glad it also has storage services. Moving to a smaller space meant she needed long-term storage to maximise their current office space, so it all worked out.
For smaller commercial moves, Shalom offers vehicles for hire from vans to 24-foot trucks. This is great in case of partial relocation since it means I have the flexibility for shorter-distance, DIY moves (plus cheaper rates without the added services).
The downside is that the company isn’t the cheapest for moving, though it’s still more reasonable than others we’ve considered (a space equivalent to a 4-bedroom HDB is quoted under S$900).

We initially engaged Yong Shen Movers primarily for a house move and were impressed enough to consider hiring the team again for future commercial relocations. The office downstairs where I live recommended this company.
I was there when the office was moving in and noted how meticulously wrapped every piece of equipment and furniture was, down to the glass paperweights. Moreover, it offers unpacking services which helped speed up the relocation and settling-in process.
Another great thing about Yong Shen Movers is its international moving service, which not all commercial movers in Singapore offer. Aside from packing and shipping, the company can also handle customs clearance for a seamless move abroad.
It has over 25 years of experience in the moving industry and an impressive clientele including Bentley Singapore and Levi’s. However, while quotes can be given, it would be great to have upfront pricing on the website for future reference.

Before I moved my shop, I wanted to get an idea of the scope and budget I’d be dealing with. I called Soon Seng Transport & Movers and was accommodated with an onsite survey, which I find is more accurate than an online one.
The free quotes and assessment came in handy for budgeting and scheduling the big relocation. When the day arrived, I was surprised to see a big team handle everything from labelling and wrapping to securing everything I’d packed before loading them into trucks.
The entire commercial move process was in just a little over two hours. If you run a time-sensitive business like I do, this kind of service is heaven-sent.
Soon Seng’s rates are around S$950 to move the contents of a 4-bedroom HDB flat (including moving, labour, disassembly/assembly, wrapping, and materials). However, its additional insurance is just 1.8% of the declared value of items.

The office where I used to consult hired CYC Movers for its latest relocation, and to the staff’s surprise, the movers arrived a half hour earlier than agreed upon. This is something I’ve yet to see with other commercial movers in Singapore.
The office secretary particularly noted how the moving team was strong and capable, which made the process more seamless and speedier. Past relocating companies they encountered had smaller teams with only a few lifting heavy items (with lots of grunting in the process).
CYC Movers also sent a representative to the office before the move to do an onsite evaluation to come up with a clear, upfront quote. A week before moving day, the office received a little over 2 dozen cardboard boxes so they could start packing!
These thoughtful details are what make a moving company stand out, though packing and unpacking are added services. Moreover, its international moving rates are on the pricier side at over S$1,000 for around 9 cubic metres of items.
