Save when you shop in the best outlet malls in Singapore
Who doesn’t enjoy the thrill of discounted finds? I know I do, and I know I can’t find them in big-box retail stores.
Outlet malls are a paradise for bargain hunters on the lookout for amazing deals. The best part? Many are run directly by manufacturers or designers, cutting out the middleman and slashing prices!
From fashion steals to unique finds, let’s dive into the best outlet malls in Singapore so you can shop without burning a hole in your wallet.
International Merchandising Mart (IMM)
— Media from jastipdinsos
Address: 2 Jurong East Street 21
Contact: +6566658268
Hours: Daily, 10 AM–10 PM
Price: $$
When I’m hunting for unbeatable deals, International Merchandising Mart Outlet Mall in Jurong East is my go-to. With over 90 stores, it’s Singapore’s largest outlet mall, offering up to 80% discounts year-round on big names like Nike, Coach, and more.
Some places in the city can be pricey for branded goods, but IMM is a hidden gem. Just a 15-minute taxi ride from the city centre brings you to a world of outlet shopping with a great range of mid-tier brands at super affordable prices.
Pro-tip: Note that the shops mostly sell out-of-trend items, not the latest designs.
Changi City Point
Address: 5 Changi Business Park Central 1
Contact: +65 6631 9931
Hours: Daily, 10 AM–10 PM
Price: $$
Changi City Point has a solid lineup of branded outlet stores with great discounts. A year ago, I was on the hunt for running shoes and found just what I needed here—at over 50% off!
For an outlet mall, it feels surprisingly spacious and breezy, not cramped at all.
The mall is easily accessible by MRT, making it a cinch to get to. Plus, there are plenty of food outlets to take a break and refuel after all that shopping.
Pro-tip: The mall has a prayer room on Basement 1, offering a convenient space for shoppers to pray.
Queensway Shopping Centre
Address: 1 Queensway
Contact: +6564798676
Hours: Daily, 8.30 AM–10 PM
Price: $$
Though its façade looks like it’s from a bygone era, Queensway is what I’d call the premium shoe destination for those who aren’t brand-conscious. It’s filled to the rafters with affordable sneakers and boots.
It’s not taken over by big-name flagship brands like other malls; instead, it seems to have an eclectic curation of shops that sell similar merchandise. For someone canvassing for the best value for their money for a particular item, this would be a good thing.
There are interesting little shops here that wouldn’t fit in larger malls, giving it a homey vibe that’s quite the opposite of Orchard Road. I recommend checking out Aki’s Bazaar for one-of-a-kind lamps!
Pro-tip: Inside the mall, you’ll also find a range of useful stores like alteration shops, barbers, and printers.
Velocity @ Novena Square
Address: 238 Thomson Road
Contact: +6563580700
Hours: Daily, 10 AM–10 PM
Price: $$
If you hate crowds while shopping, you’ll love Velocity at Novena Square. There are lots of locals and hardly any tourists—a dream spot for introverts.
It’s right above Novena MRT, and most of the shops are sports and outdoor-related. It’s also the only mall in Singapore with a half basketball court where you can rent a proper basketball from the customer service counter!
There’s a food court on the second level and some restaurants on the ground floor. Plus, you’ll find a Baskin-Robbins, Starbucks, and a Cold Storage for your groceries.
Pro-tip: Phone charging is available at customer service.
Anchorpoint
Address: 370 Alexandra Road
Contact: [email protected]
Hours: Daily, 7.30 AM–2 AM
Price: $$
Anchorpoint literally calls itself “the mall opposite IKEA” because it was that unremarkable. It used to be a pretty dull place with just a few outlet stores, but that’s all in the past.
Step inside and you’ll feel like you’re on a ship with its wooden deck floors and ceiling arches. You’ll also be greeted by tons of shops (Cotton On has a factory outlet here which I frequent), F&B options, and cute cafes.
I even spotted some local brands selling sustainable clothing and jewellery, perfect for unique Christmas gifts.
Pro-tip: Don’t miss Baazar, an Indian grocer with imported snacks starting at just a dollar.
Tanjong Pagar Xchange

Address: 7 Wallich Street
Contact: 1800 336 8900
Hours: Daily, 11 AM–8 PM
Price: $
Tanjong Pagar Xchange is one of those “connector” MRT shopping malls, like the ones at Dhoby Ghaut and Raffles Place MRT. It’s made up mainly of practical outlets for regular commuters, with a long row of food stalls catering to the CBD lunch crowd.
I love it because it’s air-conditioned, cheap, and good. I once had a shoe emergency and found a pair at Diana Kate (a local brand) during my commute—so convenient and prevented me from walking home barefoot!
Pro-tip: It can get a bit crowded during lunchtime because of hungry office-goers, so plan your shopping accordingly.
Crocodile Boutique
Address: 1 HarbourFront Walk
Contact: +656377 6870
Hours: Daily, 10 AM–10 PM
Price: $$
Don’t mix it up with the international brand with a similar reptile logo, but Crocodile Boutique has some great men’s shirts at reasonable prices. I popped into the outlet store in VivoCity for a last-minute Father’s Day gift and was pleasantly surprised.
I love that the brand now offers a wide range of products, including footwear, leather goods, travel gear, timepieces, eyewear, bedding, and accessories for men, women, and kids.
I was drawn to the special collection shirts with their witty emblazoned statements but didn’t have time to shop for them. Perhaps next time in the other two outlet locations?
Pro-tip: You can also get impressive timepieces at this outlet store.
Peninsula Shopping Centre
— Media from thesoham
Address: 3 Coleman Street
Contact: +65 6416 1146
Hours: Daily, 8 AM–10 PM
Price: $
Peninsula Shopping Centre is my dad’s favourite retail go-to. It’s a nostalgic spot where you can easily find band shirts, skater tees, skinny jeans, boots, and guitars—bringing back memories from the 70s to the 90s.
This old but spacious mall offers a diverse and unique range of products you won’t find in standard retail malls. It’s a fascinating place for tourists who want something different from the usual branded-forward shopping centres.
When I’m here, I usually check out the second-floor shop selling police and army memorabilia and the many guitar shops and music accessories outlets frequented by music enthusiasts.
Pro-tip: Be sure to check out several sports shoe shops offering heavily discounted old stock and last season’s styles at this place.
Therapy Market at Wheelock Place
Address: 501 Orchard Road
Contact: +6588974491
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 11 AM–8.30 PM; Friday to Saturday, 11 AM–9 PM
Price: $$
Alright, so Therapy Market is in the pricey Orchard Road area, but trust me, it’s worth a visit! This gorgeous modern market-style spot offers a wide range of lifestyle goods—from clothes and hair accessories to incense and fragrances.
It’s the perfect place to find reasonably priced stylish gifts and support small businesses. Here, you’ll find an amazing assortment of products, including clothes, plants, and beauty items.
It does feel indulgent because Therapy Market is chock-full of gorgeous items, and seems to be the antithesis of stuffy old outlet malls. But I think it’s wonderful that marketplaces like these exist to emphasise self-care, too.
Pro-tip: Therapy Market supports partner local brands, mainly small to medium businesses, so don’t expect big-name brands here.
Little India Arcade
— Media from sarah__travels__
Address: 48 Serangoon Road
Contact: +6562955998
Hours: Daily, 9 AM–10 PM
Price: $
Little India Arcade is a vibrant and bustling spot with winding alleys full of 20th-century shophouses selling everything from jewellery and silverware to silk sarees and traditional Indian clothes.
The arcade is a maze of narrow lanes with colourful facades. I usually check out Pashmina Professional for stunning shawls and Punjab Bazaar for ornate bangles when I’m feeling extra fancy.
There’s also a Valu$ outlet store in the arcade selling products from Malaysia, Indonesia, China, India, the Philippines, the UK, the USA, the Middle East, and local products from Singapore.
Pro-tip: Visit during Indian festivals to enjoy an eclectic and festive atmosphere.
