Hup Kee Wu Xiang Guan Chang, a heritage stall that has existed since the 1940s, is one of the few surviving Hokkien ngoh hiang stalls. Unlike the more common Teochew style, its ngoh hiang doesn’t have mashed yam in the meat rolls or prawn fritters.

Prices start at an affordable S$0.50 per piece, and despite the lunchtime queue, loyal customers often choose their bee hoon combo with ngoh hiang and red sausages.

Pro-tip: The stall boasts homemade chilli and sweet sauces that perfectly complement its dishes.
