Things to Do in Snow City Singapore

1. Visit the Ice Hotel Gallery

— From snowcitysg

Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Ice Hotel Gallery takes the cake as a one-of-a-kind attraction that you can only find in Snow City Singapore. Every admission ticket is inclusive of a visit to this massive snow art hub.

The Ice Hotel Gallery is, as its name suggests, an “ice hotel” that house five thematic galleries featuring the snow art installations created by veteran artist Jeffrey Ng.

There’s an ice dining room, an ice throne room, and an ice garden. Whatever you can imagine a hotel would have, the Ice Hotel Gallery has it!

It’s a cool way to beat the heat in Singapore, so take your time!

Tip: End your “daycation” at Singapore’s first “ice hotel” with ice-cold craft beers at the Ice Bar! Take as many pictures as you can.

2. Practice your aim at the Winter Shooting Arena

— From snowcitysg

Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Ticket Price: From $24 for one hour of play

*Guests below 14 years old are not eligible to play at the Winter Shooting Arena

Want an adrenaline rush? Spend the day practising your aim at the Winter Shooting Arena!

Shooting targets or playing ice paintball in a sub-zero arena makes for an exciting hangout with friends or family. It’s a unique experience that will make you break into a sweat!

Just make sure to follow instructions when you’re in the arena. Paintball is a thrilling activity, but it can get quite physically exhausting (and painful) if you don’t wear your suits or use the equipment properly!

Tip: Teamwork makes the dream work! Book the Winter Shooting Arena for your next teambuilding activity with company friends.

3. Steer away at Drift On Ice

— From snowcitysg

Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Ticket Price: From $23 per ride

Think you’re a fast driver? Test your steering skills at Drift On Ice, an exhilarating bumper car-inspired attraction that needs no breaks.

Each bumper car is shaped like a rubber UFO, so you can bump other drivers on the arena as hard as you can without the whiplash. It gets even more fun if your car starts spinning!

Plus, you don’t have to worry about feeling hot and sticky. Drift On Ice lets you drift, bump, and spin inside a cool arena!

Tip: Each Drift On Ice bumper car ride runs for about 5 minutes, which is pretty short, so don’t waste any time driving slowly around the arena. Drive fast and bump into as many of your friends as you can in those 5 minutes!

4. Learn how to climb at The Cliff

— From snowcitysg

Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Ticket Price: From $25 per person

Want to take a break from the ice? Go rock climbing at The Cliff!

The Cliff features 10 climbing lanes with varying difficulty levels to accommodate all types of climbers, from beginners to pros. It’s a nice attraction to visit if you want to stay warm while you’re in Snow City Singapore.

Next to The Cliff is the Indoor Boulder, which is rock climbing but the walls are made of ice! Many national athletes climb these walls, which speaks volumes of the difficulty level.

Don’t worry, though! There are dozens of professional climbers looking out for you at both The Cliff and Indoor Boulder, so if you’re new to this sport, you’ll have the best teachers next to you at all times.

Tip: Book your slot at The Cliff and Indoor Boulder in advance! Each attraction can only accommodate 20 climbers at a time. Skip the wait by booking a session ahead of time!

Here, the programme is divided into four different topics and is categorised by year level from preschool to high school. Students will learn the coolest properties of snow and how matter around us affects ice!

7. Slide down the 60-metre Arctic Snow Slide

— From snowcitysg

Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 ppm

Notice the dozens of rubber tubes by the entrance to the Snow Chamber? Grab one while you can because you’ll need it for the Arctic Snow Slide!

The Arctic Snow Slide is a 60-metre snow slope that you and your friends can slide down as many times as you want! The slope is literally a mountain of snow, and you can choose to slide down on a rubber tube for more thrill!

Plus, a visit to the attraction is included in your admission ticket. All you got to do is line up, pick a tube, slide down, and repeat!

8. Build a snowman at the Snow Playground

— From snowcitysg

Operating Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Spend the rest of your visit at the Snow Playground. You can choose to either start or end your visit to Snow City Singapore by making snow angels, building snowmen, or challenging your friends to a snowball fight in the large snow-covered yard.

It’s one of the most family-friendly attractions inside the indoor snow park, so you’ll find a lot of children playing around here. There’s a mini snow slide and igloo installations around the area, too!

Arguably, the Snow Playground is one of the most iconic attractions inside the Snow Chamber, so when you see a Snow City photographer lurking around, don’t miss out on the chance to take home family photos with you!

Tip: The exhibits around the Snow Playground are interactive, so take your kids to play around them before heading to your next attraction.
